Are you a creative and customer-focused individual with a passion for kitchen design and sales? Our client is looking for an experienced Kitchen Designer to join our friendly and driven team in Sighthill, Edinburgh.

You'll work closely with both homeowners and trade professionals to bring their kitchen visions to life — from initial concept to final design. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a design-led sales environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships.
What You’ll Be DoingCustomer Consultation

• Discuss design ideas, styles, and layouts to fully understand customer needs and vision.

CAD Design

• Use CAD software to create professional 2D and 3D kitchen plans and visualisations.

Product Selection

• Assist customers in choosing the right appliances, cabinets, worktops, and finishes.

Accurate Planning

• Produce detailed plans and quotes aligned with customer budgets.

Design Presentation

• Present and revise designs in the showroom, at home visits, or on building sites.

Sales & Customer Service

• Guide customers through the entire sales process, keeping them updated throughout.
• Develop strong, lasting relationships with both trade and retail clients.
• Collaborate with the external sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed individual and branch sales targets.

What We’re Looking For
? Experience in kitchen design or sales (ideally both!)
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong CAD proficiency (or ability to learn quickly)
? Full driving licence and access to a car (site visits required)
? A self-motivated individual who enjoys hitting targets and delivering great service
