Salary: £18 per hour / £37,500 per annum

About the Role

Nuco Solutions are seeking an experienced Kitchen Fitter to join our client, an established housing association in Eastleigh. This temp-to-perm role offers long-term stability, working on planned kitchen renewals and responsive repairs within occupied social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities

Complete full kitchen installations, including joinery, plumbing, and fitting appliances.

Carry out repairs, replacements, and minor adjustments to existing kitchens.

*

Deliver excellent workmanship while working in occupied homes.

*

Follow health and safety standards at all times.

*

Provide professional, friendly customer service to residents.

*

Work effectively as part of a wider maintenance and planned works team.

Requirements

*

Full UK Driving Licence (van and fuel card provided)

*

Experience working within social housing

*

Strong joinery and fitting skills

*

Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results
