Randstad is partnering with a prominent and highly respected client to find a dynamic and skilled Kitchen Manager to lead their school catering operations.

What you'll do:

• Manage all aspects of a busy school kitchen.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated catering team.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
• Maintain excellent client and student relationships.
• Uphold strict health and safety and food hygiene standards.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager, specifically within a school setting.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant food industry qualifications and H&S certifications.

Pay: £15.66 per hour
