Our Ideal Candidate:

They will thrive in a team-oriented environment and have a passion for delivering high-quality food to our customers. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure all kitchen areas are clean, tidy, and sanitized at all times

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen equipment

- Assist with food preparation and plating under the supervision of our talented chefs

- Dispose of waste and recycling in an environmentally responsible manner

- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service

- Assist with receiving and storing food supplies

- Follow company standards and procedures for cleaning and maintenance

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
