As a Kitchen Porter, your role is integral to the smooth running of the day-to-dayoperations of the kitchen.This role is key, as it enables the remainder of the kitchen team to focus on preparing and cooking excellent food, which in turn means our customers have a memorablediningexperience.
About therole:
Ensure basic cleaning jobs, such as the floors and work surfaces etc. are carried outasquicklyandthoroughlyaspossible
Collect and wash up pots, pans and cooking utensils in a timelymanner
Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery inlinewiththecompanycleaningandhygieneprocedures
Unloadfoodandequipmentdeliveries
Keepthestoreroomwell-organised
Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean andsanitised
Comply with allhealth andsafety,foodsafety and hygienestandards
Help to keep all packaging safely stored and recycled wherepossible
Ensure internal and external areas of recycling and waste are kept immaculately cleanat all times
