Job Title: Kitchen Sales Designer
Location: Redditch & Solihull Showrooms
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per year + Commission
Permanent, Full Time

About the Role
We are currently seeking a talented and driven Kitchen Sales Designer to join our client’s expanding team, working across two stylish showroom locations in Redditch and Solihull. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate designer with a strong sales instinct and a flair for creating bespoke kitchen solutions that are both beautiful and functional.

The Ideal Candidate
You’ll have at least three years of experience in kitchen design and a genuine enthusiasm for working closely with clients to transform their ideas into stunning realities. A keen eye for detail, excellent listening skills, and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships are essential. Confidence in your product knowledge, design skills, and service delivery will help instil trust and satisfaction in every customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective clients in the showroom, offering a warm, professional welcome.
• Understand client needs through detailed consultations and translate them into creative, practical kitchen designs.
• Conduct in-home surveys and assessments independently.
• Produce detailed kitchen designs using ArtiCAD (or similar) software.
• Present and explain design concepts to clients, showcasing how your ideas meet their individual lifestyle requirements.
• Offer informed advice on cabinetry, finishes, worktops, appliances, and accessories.
• Prepare accurate quotations and manage sales documentation.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial consultation through to final installation and aftercare.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery, including fitters and logistics.
• Maintain a high standard of showroom appearance and customer experience.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in kitchen design (retail or bespoke).
• Strong CAD skills; experience with ArtiCAD is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organised and capable of managing multiple client projects at once.
• A full UK driving licence and own vehicle is essential.
• Availability to work Saturdays is required.
