Kitchen Supervisor

Eat Momo has entered one year of trading and a new and exciting opportunity has arised for a Full time Kitchen supervisor!

We are looking for someone to help lead the team and maintain the standards and quality of our Momo. No day is the same, we’re always making our delicious dumplings, whether for events, socials, teaching a Momo class and of course supplying to our customers at our unique base site in London Borough Yards.

• Experience with Momo or other Asian dumplings
• Prepare fresh ingredients and batches.
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Team Collaboration, Work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to coordinate and streamline food preparation.
• ordering stock on a weekly basis
• stock count
• supervising staff
• training new staff
• reporting to Senior management
