KS1 Class Teacher

Location: Buckingham
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: MPS/UPS (Dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, permanent

A supportive and inclusive primary school in Buckingham is looking to appoint a Key Stage 1 Class Teacher from September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent role ideal for a passionate teacher with a strong foundation in early primary education.

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum

• Promoting a positive classroom culture that supports behaviour and learning

• Monitoring and assessing pupil progress and development

• Collaborating with colleagues to plan lessons and share good practice

• Supporting pupils to reach age-related expectations

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Recent experience teaching in KS1

• Strong knowledge of phonics and early literacy development

• A caring, structured, and enthusiastic teaching approach

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
