The school is looking for someone who can bring energy and creativity into the classroom while creating a calm, nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported.

The Role

As a KS1 Teacher, you will:

* Plan and deliver engaging, creative and purposeful KS1 lessons

* Create a positive, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment

* Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development

* Encourage confidence, independence and a genuine love of learning

* Monitor and assess pupil progress

* Adapt learning to meet individual needs

* Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents

* Contribute positively to the wider life of the school

The Ideal Candidate

We welcome applications from qualified and experienced teachers as well as Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

You will ideally have:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an ECT working towards/holding QTS

* Experience teaching or a strong interest in Key Stage 1

* A good understanding of the KS1 curriculum

* Confident classroom and behaviour management skills

* A creative, enthusiastic and committed approach to teaching

* The ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential
