Salary: £34,398 – £52,490 per year (MPS/UPS)

Are you a passionate and nurturing Key Stage 1 Teacher looking for a rewarding role in a supportive primary school? Supply Desk is working with a welcoming and forward-thinking school in Widmer End, seeking an enthusiastic KS1 teacher to join their team on either a part-time or full-time basis.

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality teaching across Key Stage 1, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to succeed. Working closely with colleagues, you will help deliver a creative curriculum that encourages curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning.

Your responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering engaging KS1 lessons in line with the national curriculum
Creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
Assessing, tracking, and supporting pupil progress
Supporting pupils’ wellbeing and personal development
Working collaboratively with staff and communicating effectively with parents and carers
The Ideal Candidate Will:

Be a creative, reflective, and enthusiastic KS1 practitioner
Demonstrate calm and positive behaviour management strategies
Be passionate about supporting pupils’ academic and emotional development
Have high expectations for all learners
Be an excellent communicator and team player
Hold QTS (ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply)
