The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reflective KS1 Teacher who can inspire young learners and bring out the best in every child. Whether you join us on a full-time basis or part-time (3 days per week), you will play a vital role in shaping pupils’ early learning experiences and helping them develop strong foundations for future

success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum.


• Create a stimulating, inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and independence.


• Assess and monitor pupils’ progress, providing effective feedback to ensure continual development.


• Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support each child’s individual needs.


• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including assemblies, events, and enrichment opportunities.


• Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and safeguarding at all times.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for an inspiring and motivated teacher who:

• Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent recognised qualification.


• Has experience teaching within Key Stage 1
  and a strong grasp of early learning pedagogy.


• Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.


• Is committed to creating a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.


• Works effectively as part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team.


• Is passionate about ensuring that every child reaches their full potential.
