KS1 Teacher - Welcoming Primary School in Redbridge

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Redbridge, starting in September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs. Interviews will be held as soon as possible.

KS1 Teacher Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons that meet the needs of all learners in KS1.


• Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, ensuring all children are supported to reach their full potential.


• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love of learning.


• Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners, including those with SEND and EAL.


• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and the wider school community to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.


• Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding their child’s development and progress.


• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including participating in school events, trips, and extracurricular activities.

KS1 Teacher Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).


• Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.


• A passion for supporting young learners and a commitment to their academic and personal development.


• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.


• A reflective practitioner who is committed to ongoing professional development.


• A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a positive and flexible attitude.
