KS2 Class Teacher

Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time or part-time, ongoing
Pay: £130-£150 per day (depending on experience and placement)

Tradewind Recruitment are beginning to work with a growing number of primary schools across Cornwall, supporting them with flexible and long-term KS2 teaching cover.

If you're a confident, adaptable teacher with a solid grasp of the Key Stage 2 curriculum, we'd love to help you find a role that suits your strengths, availability, and preferred year group.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum

• Recent experience in KS2 is desirable, not essential

• A calm, consistent and engaging classroom presence

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

• £130-£150 per day, paid weekly

• Flexible work in locations that suit you

• Long-term, short-term and temp-to-perm options

• Free CPD and professional development resources

• A dedicated Cornwall-based consultant who knows the local school landscape
