KS2 Cover Supervisor

Do you have strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 / KS2 curriculum, particularly Year 6?

Are you a confident Cover Supervisor who can maintain high expectations and follow school policies effectively?

Do you have experience supporting pupils with SEND and creating an inclusive learning environment?

Situated on the edge of the countryside, the school offers a welcoming, supportive and ambitious working environment for staff and pupils.

The school is looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor on a full-time, permanent basis, with a particular focus on supporting pupils in Year 6. The successful Cover Supervisor will be expected to confidently deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour, follow school policies and use their strong curriculum knowledge to support pupils, including those with SEND.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 / KS2 curriculum, particularly Year 6
• Experience working with primary-aged pupils
• Knowledge and experience of supporting pupils with SEND
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confidence in following school policies and delivering pre-planned lessons
• A positive, professional and adaptable approach
