The Role:

• Lead and manage the KS2 phase, supporting staff and driving standards
• Model outstanding teaching and learning across the key stage
• Monitor and track pupil progress, ensuring high outcomes for all
• Contribute to whole-school development and strategic planning
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and aspirational learning culture
  
  

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds QTS and has substantial experience teaching in KS2
• Demonstrates strong leadership potential or experience in a middle leadership role
• Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Is committed to raising standards and improving outcomes for all pupils
• Brings energy, creativity, and a passion for teaching and learning
