An inclusive and forward-thinking primary school in Gravesend is seeking a KS2 Phase Leader to join their team from September 2025. This is a permanent position offering Main/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) plus a TLR for leadership responsibilities.

• Lead and manage the KS2 phase, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.

• Support and develop teaching staff within the phase.

• Work closely with the SLT to implement whole-school priorities.

• Monitor and evaluate pupil progress and attainment across KS2.

• Contribute to curriculum development and school improvement initiatives.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Proven experience teaching within KS2.

• A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• A commitment to inclusive education and raising achievement for all pupils.
