Hammersmith | September 2026 Start | Full Academic Year | SEN Specialist Role
A large and inclusive primary school in Hammersmith is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join its specialist support team from September.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled SEN professional to work closely with pupils across Key Stage 2 who require additional support to access learning and achieve their full potential. You will deliver targeted interventions, implement individual support strategies, and work collaboratively with teachers, the SENCO, and external professionals to ensure pupils receive the highest standard of provision.
The school is well regarded for its inclusive approach and strong commitment to supporting children with a range of additional needs.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have previous experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs Be confident working within a KS2 setting Understand a range of learning, communication, and behavioural needs Be skilled at delivering interventions and adapting support strategies Demonstrate patience, resilience, and a child-centred approach
