The Role of a Year 4 Teacher:

• Teach a Year 4 class within a three-form entry structure, sharing planning and best practices across the year group
• As a KS2 Teacher you will support a high number of students with ASD and SEMH through inclusive, differentiated teaching
• Collaborate with support staff and external professionals to implement EHCP strategies effectively and ensure consistent, high-quality provision for pupils with additional needs
• Foster a safe, nurturing classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure continuity between school and home

Requirements for a KS2 Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with UK teaching experience in Key Stage 2
• Strong SEN experience, particularly supporting children with ASD and SEMH needs
• Confident with EHCPs, differentiated planning, and behaviour regulation strategies
• A collaborative, team-focused approach with a passion for inclusive education
• Resilient, reflective, and committed to making a meaningful difference in children's lives
