Role Overview:

• Lead and manage the KS2 phase, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning


• Support and mentor staff, providing guidance and leadership


• Develop and implement strategies to raise achievement across KS2


• Monitor and evaluate student progress, ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed


• Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement the school’s vision

• QTS with significant experience in teaching KS2


• Strong leadership and management skills
