Your Responsibilities

✔️ Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
✔️ Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students can succeed.
✔️ Monitor and assess students’ progress, using data to inform planning and interventions.
✔️ Inspire a love of learning through creative and interactive teaching strategies.
✔️ Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the KS2 curriculum.
✔️ Build strong relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on progress.
✔️ Take part in school meetings, professional development, and extracurricular activities.

What We’re Looking For

🔹 QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree in Education.
🔹 Experience teaching in KS2, with a strong understanding of the curriculum.
🔹 A passion for engaging and inspiring young learners.
🔹 Strong classroom management and behaviour strategies.
🔹 Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
🔹 A commitment to ongoing professional development.
