KS2 Teacher - Outstanding School

Wayman Education is working with a vibrant and fun primary school based in Lewisham seeking a proactive and emotionally intelligent KS2 teacher is required from October 2024.

This fantastic primary school is searching for an outstanding KS2 teacher who has the skills and drive to lead a KS2 class throughout the entire school starting in October. 

Only exceptional, experienced KS2 teachers will be interviewed for this permanent full-time position.

Responsibilities of a KS2 teacher:

• As a KS2 teacher you will be responsible for the pastoral care of the children, promoting teamwork, and cultivating a conducive learning environment.


• Teaching the Key stage 2 curriculum to groups of children while also focusing on each individual child's learning targets, encouraging their strengths, and improving their weaknesses


• Further developing maths ability and introducing fractions, statistics, and geometry


• Keeping track of children's progress and occasionally reporting back to parents
