The school:

This Social, Emotional, and Behavioural Special Primary School (SEBD) is dedicated to helping each KS2 student develop their talents, celebrate their communities, and acquire the skills necessary for success. The institution consists of three distinct sections: Outreach, Nest, and the School, with a strong focus on KS2 education.

The Outreach team, composed of highly experienced professionals, provides support to both KS2 pupils and partner schools following a referral. Their goal is to address any difficulties the KS2 student may encounter, focusing on behaviour management, combating disaffection, supporting Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD), as well as enhancing classroom management and behavioural analysis specific to KS2. This closely monitored work aims to deliver effective short-term interventions for KS2 pupils and their schools.

KS2 teacher requirements:

• QTS, PGCE, and a strong academic record.


• Creative, imaginative, determined, resourceful, and adaptable practitioner.


• Passionate about learning and teaching KS2.


• Able to demonstrate a track record of success within a KS2 environment.


• Able to communicate your passion to KS2 children and parents.


• Ability to demonstrate outstanding practice in the KS2 classroom.
