An exciting opportunity has arisen for a KS2 Teacher and Phase Lead to join an ambitious primary school in Islington. This leadership role combines teaching with strategic responsibility, allowing you to shape the direction of the KS2 curriculum and ensure high outcomes for students.

Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR

Your Role:

• Lead the Key Stage 2 team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning


• Monitor student progress and support teachers in implementing best practices


• Develop and refine the KS2 curriculum to meet the needs of all learners


• Work closely with senior leadership to improve school-wide outcomes

What We Need:

• QTS and experience teaching KS2


• Leadership experience or potential


• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire a team


• A passion for curriculum development and improving student outcomes
