KS2 Teacher Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Key Stage 2 students.


• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and motivated to achieve their best.


• Assess and track student progress regularly, providing targeted support and constructive feedback to encourage continuous improvement.


• Create opportunities for cross-curricular learning, encouraging children to develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity.


• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure that all children receive a rich and stimulating learning experience.


• Participate in school-wide activities, staff meetings, and professional development to contribute to the overall success of the school.

KS2 Teacher Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.


• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.


• Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2, with a solid understanding of the KS2 curriculum.


• Passionate about creating an inspiring and inclusive learning environment for children.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• A flexible and collaborative team player eager to continue professional development.


• A commitment to promoting academic excellence and supporting the holistic development of all students.
