Contract Type: Full Time / Term Time Only Salary: Dependent on experience, in line with local authority pay scales

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and nurturing school community. This is a brilliant opportunity to play a key role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of our pupils.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support teaching staff in delivering high-quality, engaging lessons

• Provide one-to-one and small group interventions across the KS2 curriculum

• Assist with planning and preparation of classroom resources

• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Monitor and report on pupils’ progress and wellbeing

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant certification) or a degree

• Experience working with children

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A passion for helping children thrive

• A flexible and proactive approach to working as part of a team
