Upper Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant - Tameside Primary School

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Upper Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Tameside from September.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity, ideal for a confident Teaching Assistant who has a strong background supporting pupils in Year 5 and Year 6 and is passionate about helping children achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience working within Upper Key Stage 2 (Years 5 & 6).
A good understanding of the Upper KS2 National Curriculum.
Experience delivering targeted interventions to support pupil progress.
Confidence leading small group sessions across a range of subjects.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
A proactive, flexible and enthusiastic approach to supporting teaching and learning.In return, you'll have the opportunity to work in a friendly and inclusive school with ongoing support from Tradewind Recruitment throughout your placement.
