Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant who enjoys helping pupils reach their potential?

A welcoming primary school in Watford is looking for a confident and enthusiastic KS2 Teaching Assistant to join its team.

You will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils throughout the school day, helping children develop both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils across Key Stage 2
Work with individuals and small groups
Support English and Maths learning
Assist with interventions and targeted activities
Help pupils develop independence and confidence
Support classroom behaviour and routines
Prepare learning resources and classroom activities
Work closely with teachers and wider school staff
About You:

Previous primary school experience
Strong understanding of the needs of KS2 pupils
Positive and proactive approach
Confident communicator
Patient and encouraging
Able to build strong relationships with children
TA qualification or relevant experience preferred

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
