An outstanding and supportive school in Harrow, close to Kenton, is looking for a motivated, empathetic, and proactive Teaching Assistant to support a dynamic Year 6 class. This exciting role combines general Year 6 classroom support with targeted behaviour mentoring for pupils needing extra guidance, particularly as they prepare for the transition to secondary school.

You'll be:

• Supporting individuals and small groups with learning and behaviour strategies

• Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and pastoral team

• Implementing behaviour plans and promoting emotional literacy through daily interventions

• Helping pupils manage challenges and grow in confidence

• A calm, compassionate, and enthusiastic TA or aspiring teacher

• Experience working with KS2-aged children, particularly those with SEMH or behaviour needs

• Understanding of positive behaviour management and trauma-informed practice

• A team player with excellent communication and emotional intelligence
