KS2 Teaching Assistant - Reading

A large, well-established primary school in Reading is currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant team. As a Primary Teaching Assistant in Reading, your role will involve working alongside teaching staff to support pupils of varying ability levels, including those with SEN, EAL, and low prior attainment. You will play an essential part in classroom routines, lesson delivery, and pastoral support.

We're looking for a Primary Teaching Assistant who:

• Has previous experience in a primary school or similar setting

• Understands the needs of young learners, including those with SEND

• Can work flexibly with changing classroom needs

• Lives in Reading or has reliable transport to the area
