L3 Teaching Assistant

Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) looking for a full-time, permanent opportunity in Ashford, Kent? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic TA to join a welcoming and supportive school environment, working closely with Key Stage 1 or 2 pupils.

As a TA, you will provide valuable support to pupils both inside and outside the classroom, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. The successful TA will work alongside teachers to support lessons, encourage pupil participation and help children develop their confidence, independence and academic skills.

This role would be ideal for an experienced TA or someone looking to develop their career within education. Previous experience working with Key Stage 2 children is desirable, along with a genuine passion for supporting young people.

Key Requirements:
Previous experience as a TA or within an educational setting is desirable.

A positive, patient and nurturing approach.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A full UK driving licence is required.

An enhanced DBS check is required.

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
