Key Responsibilities

• Support field testing and daily operations of autonomous vehicle systems.
• Assist engineers in test setup, real-time monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Document technical issues and provide actionable feedback to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in shift-based schedules (4 days on, 4 days off, including nights/weekends).

Must-Have Requirements

• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to dynamic situations.
• Strong teamwork skills in multicultural settings.
• Curiosity about AI/autonomous technologies and willingness to learn.
• Commitment to on-site work and shift schedules.
• Fluent English (Mandarin is a plus).
