Salary: £40,000 per annum + Bonus Scheme

Are you a dynamic Crime Duty Solicitor with LAA Crime Category Supervisor status? Do you have the leadership skills to manage a high-performing legal team in a challenging and high-stakes environment?
Our client, is a modern and forward-thinking law firm specialising in the defence of serious and complex criminal cases.

About the Role:
This is a senior leadership role within the firm, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You will:

Lead and supervise a team of skilled Crime Duty Solicitors
Manage a complex and serious caseload from police station through to trial
Ensure compliance with the 2017 Standard Crime Contract
Attend police stations and courts regularly
Deliver robust case preparation and powerful advocacy

Requirements:

LAA Crime Category Supervisor status (Essential)
Previous experience supervising and managing legal teams
Strong leadership, case strategy, and communication skills
Resilience and commitment to defending clients with diligence and passion
