Laboratory Assistant

What will you do? Make an impact!

Main purpose of job: 
Performance of routine Laboratory analysis and associated analytical support to standard methods and protocols. Your responsibilities will include:

•    Health, Safety and Environmental awareness.
•    Comply with all EPR permit and COMAH Safety Report conditions. 
•    Responsible for routine analysis of waste and compliance samples to standard methods, documenting and reporting results.
•    To undertake routine sampling and analysis of process residues, stack gases, effluent, and report the results.
•    Preparation and verification of Laboratory analytical standards.

Do you have what it takes?

•    Educated to degree standard in Chemistry (or closely aligned subject)

•    High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
•    Computer literacy.
•    Ability to work on own initiative and as part a team.
•    Ambition to progress and develop skills within the entire Company.
