About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Administrator to join a busy Quality team within a global organisation operating in a regulated environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background who enjoys working with documentation, processes, and compliance in a structured office setting.
As a Quality Administrator, you will support batch release activities by reviewing records, maintaining quality documentation, coordinating information across departments, and ensuring paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
This is a highly organised, detail-focused position where accuracy, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Review and verify quality documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy before batch release. Check records against established procedures and quality requirements. Support the administration of quality events, non-conformances, and corrective actions. Maintain, update, and organise quality documentation and records. Liaise with colleagues across multiple departments to obtain information and resolve documentation queries. Monitor deadlines and prioritise workload to support operational requirements. Assist with quality improvement activities and process updates. Support the preparation of reports, KPIs, and compliance metrics. Participate in training activities and support wider quality administration tasks.
What We're Looking For
Experience
Experience working within a regulated, compliance-focused, or quality-driven environment. Experience maintaining electronic records or document management systems. Exposure to quality management systems or document control processes. Excellent attention to detail. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work accurately within established procedures. Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English, Maths and Science.
