Description

• Receiving and registering samples
• Maintaining records and ensuring quality control
• Assembling kits for internal testing
• Extracting DNA from various biological sources (blood, buccal cells, saliva)
• Managing inventory and procuring reagents and consumables
• Preparing samples for the Sperm Aneuploidy Test (SAT)
• Performing PCR and minisequencing in the wet lab
• Conducting Next Generation Sequencing using the Life Technologies platform in the wet lab
• Performing Karyomapping in the wet lab

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Genetics or a related field.
