Laboratory Technician - 1223

Talentmark are recruiting for a Laboratory Technician to join a leading global food brand company on a contract basis until the end of 2026. This role is fully site-based in Reading.

Salary:
£14.85 per hour
Rates are dependent upon experience

Laboratory Technician Role:

Efficiently administer samples for scientific analysis by creating records, assigning analytical tests, and allocating samples for analysis.
Maintain chain-of-custody for controlled samples.
Input results and liaise with clients.
Perform basic routine pharmacopoeial analysis using aseptic technique under supervision.
Perform lab admin and housekeeping duties as directed.
Operate basic lab equipment as directed.Your Background:

Hold a relevant scientific degree (chemistry preferred) or have equivalent working experience.
Some practical hands-on laboratory experience.
Experience working on teams and independently with the guidance of more senior team members.
Good time management and prioritisation skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.Apply:
