Are you an experienced Test Technician or Engineer from an aerospace, automotive, or general engineering background? We currently have an opportunity where you will develop specialist skills working on a range of diverse niche projects. This is a hands on role working within a lab / clean room environment. Scope to develop further and work in a company that really value their staff. The role will see you work with both mechanical and electronic components and instruments.

Salary & Package:

*

C£34,000 to £36,000 per annum depending on experience.

* 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays with scope to purchase additional days.

* 8% employer pension.

This Laboratory Test Technician job will suit:

*

An experienced Technician or Engineer who has worked within a hands-on assembly / test function.

*

Specific experience working on mechanical and electronic instruments / components would be ideal.

*

Prior Laboratory / R&D experience would be an advantage

* Hands on in nature, good problem solver, comfortable communicating results to various points of contact.

*

Specific knowledge around calibration, metrology, vacuum controlled environments or similar are all very relevant for this role.

Calibrating equipment ready for test procedures.

* Performing tests and collecting accurate result information.

* Working within a R&D lab / clean room environment on a range of tasks.
