Labour Manager - Large civils corporate account

We are currently looking for an experienced Civils Labour Manager to work on a large corporate account based in the Midlands. This a very busy team working on a high volume contract. You will have a proven track record in the bluecollar civils sector .

The role of the Labour Manager is to supply, coordinate and manage civils operatives to optimise contract profitability through the provision of the required labour resources for project execution and safe and effective management, delivering to time and to the satisfaction of our client.

Key responsibilities:

Labour Management

Partner all projects within the area of responsibility to ensure the right quantity, quality and skills mix of operatives are provided within agreed time lines - both at site set up and during the full life cycle of the project;
Manage the transfer of labour between projects, locally and nationally;
Visit each customer project / location in accordance with your teams servicing plan;
Deliver or collect PPE / tools / equipment when necessary;
