The Labour Operations Manager is responsible for developing and managing the labour supply chain across the UK and Ireland. The role involves contractor recruitment, resource allocation, performance management and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards, all while aligning with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategy to support business growth.
• Manage resource allocation and contractor performance across the UK and Bulgaria.
• Ensure 100% installation coverage with appropriately skilled tradespeople.
• Oversee contractor compliance with legal and quality standards.
• Monitor contractor costs to ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Foster effective communication between teams and manage performance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in supply chain management, with 3-5 years in a senior role.
• Experience in managing contractors across multiple regions.
• Strong leadership and financial oversight skills.
• Familiarity with supply chain software and reporting tools.
