These General Labourer opportunities offer flexible shift patterns to suit personal preferences and the potential for career advancement and additional training.
CSCS cards are required along with a minimum of 1 plant operator tickets - Shovel Loader / Digger (Excavator) / Telehandler / Materials Handler.

You will be working for a reputable company in the waste management industry withing the Kemsley, Sittingbourne, or Tunbridge Wells, Kent areas – on application please confirm which location you are applying for.

As General Labourer you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with site preparation, material handling, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Plant Operation: Operating machinery such as shovel loaders, diggers, telehandlers, and materials handlers safely and efficiently.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with site supervisors and other team members to ensure project timelines are met.

We are keen on speaking to people about these General Labourer opportunities who have the following skills and experience:

• Valid CSCS card.
• At least one valid plant operator ticket (shovel loader, digger, telehandler, or materials handler) - Additional tickets are advantage and may lead to increased responsibilities and pay.
• Previous experience working in a labourer role.
• Full UK driving licence

Shift Patterns:

• Option 1: 4 days on / 4 days off – 05.30am – 17.30pm
• Option 2: Monday to Friday, 06:30 AM – 18:30 PM
  Contract Type: Full-Time, temp to perm
• Weekend overtime available at advanced rate
  Start Date: Immediate

In return as a General Labourer, you will receive a competitive pay rate of £15.50 per hour. Full PPE (Personal Protective equipment supplied).
