Labourer

DCT Recruitment are currently seeking a hard-working Labourer/Handyman to join our client’s night shift team on the Shotton Mill project in Deeside.

• Location: Deeside – Shotton Mill Project
• Rate: £24 per hour (CIS)
• Shifts: 18:00–06:00 | 12-hour shifts | 4 on, 4 off

Responsibilities:
• Spotting and assisting crane/lifting operations (groundsman duties)
• Mixing paint (training provided on site)
• General labouring tasks to support site operations
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the work area

Requirements:
• Valid CSCS card (essential)
• Own transport (due to no public transport to the site)
• Previous site experience in labouring or handyman roles (preferred)
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Ability to work long shifts (12 hours) on a rotating 4-on, 4-off schedule
