Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm

Labourer – Loughborough

We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Labourers to join our team based in Loughborough.

This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a busy environment. Previous labouring experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Assisting with general labouring duties on site.
Loading and unloading materials safely.
Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and organised.
Supporting tradespeople and site supervisors as required.
Following all health and safety procedures.
Using basic hand tools and equipment where necessary.
Carrying out manual handling tasks.

Requirements

A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Good level of physical fitness.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Reliable and punctual.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Previous labouring or construction experience is desirable but not essential.

What We Offer
