Labourer

Job Title: CSCS Labourer
Location: Bexhill (TN40)
Hourly rate: Negotiable
Hours of Work: 8am - 4pm
Type: Ongoing
Start Date: Monday 10th June
We are working with an esteemed client of ours to find a labourer for a guaranteed 3 days of work and a potential 2 days the week after at a site in Bexhill on-Sea, TN40, close to the sea front and the Train Station. Possibility of work thereafter also.
Generic Duties of a Labourer
In this role you will be working in a team to complete all daily tasks. Reporting to the site manager, you will be responsible for:
Performing general maintenance of construction equipment on the site.
Performing setup and clean-up tasks on site
Assist site manager with any jobs as deemed reasonable
Specific Duties of this role
Assisting core drilling teams tidying up brickwork, reinstating walls and pumping water out.
Skills and experience of a labourer
As a labourer, you need have experience with;
They should be able to work well as part of a team but also be able to work independently
The ability to work in difficult weather conditions
It would be beneficial to the Labourer role if you also had;
Experience working on similar sites
General knowledge of building and construction practices
The ability to remain calm under pressure
