Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Labourer to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting with various aspects of construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, eager to learn, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in construction or related trades is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills across multiple construction disciplines while contributing to diverse building projects.
Duties
* Assist with the preparation and organisation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment.
* Support skilled tradespeople such as roofers, plumbers, welders, electricians, masons, and carpenters in their tasks.
* Use hand tools and power tools to perform basic tasks such as cutting, drilling, and assembling components.
* Follow schematics and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
* Operate fabrication equipment and assist with the fabrication of materials when necessary.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment by clearing debris and adhering to health & safety protocols.
* Assist with the realisation of construction projects from foundation to finishing stages.
