Labourer - Scaffolding

A well-established scaffolding contractor operating across Hampshire is looking for a reliable Scaffold Labourer to join their team in the SO52 area. With a strong pipeline of work and a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork, this is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive environment.

Your new role
As a Scaffold Labourer, you will support scaffolders on a range of commercial and residential projects. Your duties will include:

Loading, unloading, and moving scaffolding materials
Assisting scaffolders with erecting and dismantling scaffolding
Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment
Following site health and safety procedures at all times
Supporting the team with general site duties as requiredThis is a hands-on role that will suit someone who enjoys working outdoors and as part of a team.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a labouring or construction role
Valid CSCS Card
Good understanding of site health and safety
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Reliable transport or ability to travel to sites in the SO52 area
