Labourer / Spotter

The role

We are currently recruiting Spotters / Banksman Operatives to join a busy site on the outskirts of High Wycombe.The role will involve working around the plant and machinery, helping to keep movements safe and ensuring the surrounding area is monitored at all times.

Key responsibilities
- Watching machinery and acting as a dedicated spotter on site
- Monitoring plant and machinery movements to support safe operations
- Maintaining safe working areas and exclusion zones where required
- Communicating clearly with machine operators and site teams
- Reporting hazards or safety concerns promptly
- Following all site health and safety procedures

Requirements

- Previous construction site or machine plant experience
- Good site safety awareness
- Reliable, punctual and able to start on Wednesday
- Full PPE
- Valid CSCS Card preferred

What's on offer

Immediate start. Paying £17-18/hr, working Mon to Friday, 45 hours/week. 8am to start
