I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Composite Laminator / Mould Maker to join a busy and growing composites manufacturer.

If you have a strong background in composite laminating and mould making, and enjoy producing high-quality tooling, patterns and moulds, this could be an excellent next step in your career.

The Role You'll be involved in the manufacture of high-quality composite patterns and moulds, working from technical drawings and specifications to produce precision components for a range of industries.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work both independently and as part of a skilled team, with plenty of variety across different projects.

Key Responsibilities
Manufacture composite moulds and patterns to a high standard.

Carry out traditional wet lay laminating using a variety of composite materials.

Work with GRP, carbon fibre and composite core materials.

Undertake vacuum bagging and support infusion processes where required.

Prepare moulds, laminate components and complete finishing work.

Maintain high quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Collaborate with colleagues to deliver projects safely and on schedule.

What I'm Looking For
A minimum of 3 years' experience in composite laminating and mould making.

Strong experience with traditional wet lay laminating techniques.

Experience working with GRP, carbon fibre and composite core materials.

Good vacuum bagging experience.

Ability to read and work from technical drawings.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality workmanship.

A proactive approach with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
