Land Acquisition Specialist (Internal, UK-based)

Cosy Hauz A Ltd. is seeking a skilled and motivated Land Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Operating from our UK office, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new land opportunities that align with our development goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, market insight, and negotiation abilities, as you will play a crucial part in expanding our portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential land acquisition opportunities in targeted areas across the UK
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential sites, including zoning, environmental assessments, and market analysis
• Negotiate acquisition terms with landowners and stakeholders to secure favorable deals
• Prepare and present reports on potential land acquisitions to senior management and stakeholders
• Maintain relationships with landowners, local authorities, and industry contacts to identify new opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams, including planning and development, to ensure successful project execution
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes affecting land acquisitions

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, urban planning, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in land acquisition, real estate development, or a related role
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively
• Excellent analytical skills to assess land value, zoning regulations, and environmental factors
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with property valuation methodologies and market analysis techniques
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with land acquisition software is a plus
