Are you a Topographical Land Surveyor looking for your next challenge? Our client is a well-established and growing surveying consultancy with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the UK.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for a talented surveyor to join their friendly and experienced team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects while developing your career within a supportive environment.

What you’ll be doing:

📍 Carrying out detailed topographical surveys across a range of developments.
📍 Using modern surveying equipment including GPS/GNSS and Total Stations.
📍 Collecting accurate site data and producing high-quality survey information.
📍 Working alongside experienced surveyors, engineers, and technical teams.
📍 Supporting projects across residential, commercial, infrastructure, and development sectors.

What we’re looking for:

✅ Previous experience as a Topographical Land Surveyor.
✅ Confident using surveying equipment and technology.
✅ Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software is desirable.
✅ Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering accurate work.
✅ Full UK driving licence.
