Land Surveyor / Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Land Surveyor / Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Yorkshire region. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in land surveying, be proficient in using LSS (Land Survey System) software, and hold a white or gold CSCS card.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed land and topographic surveys using the latest surveying technology and equipment.
  
• Process survey data using LSS software to create accurate maps, plans, and 3D models.
  
• Ensure all surveying activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
  
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high -quality surveying services.
  
• Prepare and present survey reports, drawings, and documentation to clients and team members.
  
• Maintain accurate and organized records of survey data and project information.
  
• Perform site visits and inspections as required to gather data and monitor project progress.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to surveying and data processing.
  
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or Engineer, with a strong background in land and topographic surveying.
  
• Proficiency in using LSS (Land Survey System) software is essential.
  
• Valid white or gold CSCS card.
  
• Degree or diploma in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  
• Strong knowledge of surveying equipment, techniques, and best practices.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem -solving skills.
  
• Ability to interpret and understand engineering plans and specifications.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel to various sites across Yorkshire.
